DSA, moderation and appeals

Reporting content

Anyone can report illegal content, fraud, spam, duplicates, incorrect categories or intellectual-property issues from a listing page. Each notice receives an identifier, category, timestamp and resolution status.

Reasoned decision

Moderators record the decision and the reasons communicated to the user. Content may be retained, restricted or removed, and the audit trail records the administrative action.

Internal appeal

The reporter or listing owner may appeal a closed decision from an authenticated account. The appeal is reviewed separately and may uphold or overturn the initial decision.

Point of contact

The point of contact for authorities and users is the address configured by the operator in TEPUP_DSA_CONTACT_EMAIL. Urgent requests should include the listing identifier and legal basis.
